Fried Red Amaranth with Yuba

Ingredients: yuba (soaked), red amaranth (washed), minced garlic

Wash the soaked yuba.

Cut into sections on the chopping board and set aside.

Pour oil in a saucepan to heat, add minced garlic and sauté.

Next, add the washed red amaranth and stir fry.
6.
Then, combine the cut yuba and stir fry.
7.
Finally, add an appropriate amount of bamboo salt.
8.
Add the right amount of MSG.

Saute and stir well, serve.
