Fried Red Sausage with Snow Peas
1.
Tear off the silk on both sides of the bought snow peas, soak them in light salt water for 10 minutes to sterilize them, and then wash them repeatedly. Add appropriate amount of water to the wok, boil the water, add a little salt and drop a few drops of oil, and add the clean snow peas to blanch water. After dripping the oil, the snow peas can maintain the green color of snow peas.
2.
Blanch snow peas until they are soft and should be basically cooked. Remove the cold water and control the moisture. Snow peas is easy to be poisoned if it is not cooked well. I like to blanch it and stir-fry it in the pot for a few times. You can eat it without worry.

Tips:
1. When blanching snow peas, add a little salt and drop a few drops of oil in the water to keep the vividness of snow peas. Snow peas must be fully cooked before they can be eaten, otherwise poisoning may occur.
2. You can add a little more garlic to this dish, in addition to seasoning, it also has a refreshing and greasy effect.
