Fried Rice

Dice celery, carrots, bacon and braised beef. For bacon, use the middle bacon, with fat, and oil. Beat two eggs to form egg mixture. Pour half of the egg liquid into the cold rice. Pour olive oil into the cold rice and stir well. This will keep the rice golden in color.

Fry the remaining eggs first, and wash the pan. Add bacon and fry for oil.

Add the celery and carrots and stir fry for a while to absorb the oil. Add the braised beef and continue to stir fry for 3 minutes. Finally, stir fry for another 3 minutes. Just add salt and green onions out of the pot.
