Fried Rice

1. Prepare leftovers

2. Prepare garden peppers, carrots and ginger

3. Dice garden pepper and carrot, mince ginger

4. Heat oil in a pan, add diced garden pepper, add a little water, and fry for 2 minutes

5. Add carrots and stir fry

6. Stir fry until cooked

7. Add leftover rice, add salt and fry for 2 minutes

8. Add soy sauce

9. Stir-fry until the color is even

Tips:

When frying rice, stir fry the lumpy rice.
