Fried Rice Balls

Wash the rice and cook the rice in a rice cooker. After cooking, open the lid and let the rice cool down.

Take 18 scallops and wash them.

Boil the scallops on medium heat for 10 minutes.

Cut green onions into chopped green onions.
5.
Chop the cooked scallops.

Put the chopped scallops and chopped green onion together, and add 1 teaspoon of light soy sauce.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt and stir to form a scallion filling.

Pour 6 teaspoons of oil into a nonstick pan.

Use an iron spoon to flatten the rice.

Spread some scallops and chopped green onion fillings on the rice, and use both hands to squeeze the long rice balls.

Fry the rice balls in a non-stick pan and sprinkle with some black pepper. Flip and fry for 2 minutes.
12.
Pour 3 teaspoons of Thai sweet chili sauce on a long plate, and place the fried rice balls on the plate. When eating, the rice balls are dipped in sauce (or not dipped in sauce).
