Tips:
If you want to soften the carrots and cucumbers behind you, they will still keep their crispy texture. Add some salt before stir-frying. If you don’t like the crispy ones, put the salt together with the following flavorings. At the same time, add a little more water in the last step to stew. Baked for a while before serving.
