Fried Rice Noodles

After cutting the beef into thin slices, beat in water in three times, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce, salt, sugar, baking soda, mousse starch, and oil to stir well and set aside.

Chopped green onions, shredded ginger, chili, and shacha sauce are ready.

Heat a wok with oil, ginger, green onions, chili, and shacha sauce and sauté until fragrant.

Stir fry the beef until fragrant.
5.
Stir-fry the rice noodles and light soy sauce until fragrant.
6.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion, drizzle with sesame oil, and serve.
