Fried Rice + Soup, A Simple Meal
1.
Preparations ~ Beat the eggs, add a small amount of salt (because there will be soy sauce later), cooking wine, pepper, wash the chicken feathers, and cut the ham sausage twice.
2.
Pour oil in the pan, and fry the ham in the pan. It is fragrant and beautiful. Remember to fry over a low fire when the pan is hot.
3.
Fry the ham sausage until it blooms. Sprinkle a little salt in the pan and pour the chicken greens and stir-fry over medium heat.
4.
Pour the right amount of boiling water and dried plums in a small pot (if you can't grasp the amount, you can pour the amount you want to drink in the soup bowl and then add the dried plums, pay attention! The dried plums will increase in water, so don't be greedy) After boiling, turn the heat to a low heat and cover the lid to let the dried plums boil.
5.
Put oil in the pan, put the cold rice into the pan and stir-fry on low heat (as long as you don't fry the rice hard and burn it, you can use any fire)
6.
Spread the beaten eggs on the rice, wait a few seconds for a low heat, and stir-fry immediately, then pour in the appropriate amount of soy sauce and stir-fry well, then put down the chicken and stir-fry together, turn off the heat
7.
Put appropriate amount of pepper, chicken essence (less to improve freshness), sesame oil in the soup bowl
8.
Pour the cooked soup into a bowl and add soy sauce to season, stir (basically fry the rice and the soup is ready)

Tips:
1. The whole process is basically operated by a small fire, just in case ╮(╯▽╰)╭
2. I use lard made at home, it is spicy and a little bit meaty, not easy to get hungry
3. Don't put too much soy sauce, in the right amount, tell yourself not to be greedy, after all, you can't get it out if you add salty sauce.
4. The dried plums are pickled from the heart of the cabbage I bought in the winter and dried. If you don’t have it, you can use seaweed instead, but you don’t need to cook it.
5. All amounts can be adjusted according to your own hobbies, such as one more egg, some diced carrots, and small green vegetables, etc.
