Fried Rice with Bacon and Egg

1. Rinse a section of green onion

2. Cut the green onions into chopped green onions and put them in a bowl for later use

3. Wash the carrots, peel and cut in half

4. Pour the green peas and corn kernels into a bowl and set aside

5. Pour an appropriate amount of water into the pot and bring to a boil, then pour the carrots, green beans, corn kernels and blanch them.

7. Beat the eggs into a bowl and set aside

8. Cut bacon into small pieces and put in a bowl for later use

9. Add salt, sugar, cooking wine, seafood, soy sauce, oyster sauce to a bowl, add a little water, and mix thoroughly to make a sauce for later use

Tips:

Although green beans can be bought in supermarkets, it is best to buy more when the green beans are abundant. Peel them yourself and take the beans. They are stored in the freezer layer of the refrigerator and they taste better.
