My daughter and I like fried rice very much. A little oil, a little salt, and a little soy sauce will make you happy. If you add an egg or other ingredients, it will be one bowl after another. This time my daughter and I were at home, each with two big bowls. It's fun to eat.
Ingredients: half a corn, half a carrot, 2 pieces of bacon, 2 slices of lettuce, salt and soy sauce.

Fried Rice with Bacon, Corn and Carrots

1. 1. Corn lobes into grains, carrots are washed and diced, lettuce is washed, and bacon is ready

2. 2. Put an appropriate amount of water in the casserole, bring to a boil, add salt and oil, pour the diced carrots, and keep on medium heat.

3. 3. Cook for about 2 minutes, then pour in corn kernels.

4. 4. When the corn kernels and carrots are cooked, remove the filtered water

5. 5. Cut bacon into small pieces.

6. 6. Heat the pot, add a small amount of oil, and sauté the bacon on medium and small heat.

7. 7. Pour in rice and stir fry.

8. 8. Pour diced corn and carrots, add chopped lettuce, and stir fry.

9. 9. Add salt and soy sauce to adjust the taste. Stir-fry and get out of the pot.

10. Began to eat

Tips:

1. Drain the water after the carrot and corn kernels are cooked.
2. The rice should not be too rotten, otherwise it won't take shape when fried
