Fried Rice with Bamboo Shoots

Cook the rice and set aside.

Wash the spring bamboo shoots and blanch them in a pot under cold water for a few minutes, then remove them and wash them.

Cut the dried squid finely and wash it off.

Soak the mushrooms in advance and cut them into small pieces for later use.
