Fried Rice with Black Fungus and Shredded Mustard

1. Ingredients; leftover rice, black fungus (soaked and cleaned), shredded mustard.

2. Lower the washed black fungus into a pot of clean water, blanch it and remove it.

3. Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pot to heat up, add leftover rice, mustard pickles and blanched black fungus, stir fry.
