Fried Rice with Black Fungus and Shredded Mustard

Ingredients; leftover rice, black fungus (soaked and cleaned), shredded mustard.

Lower the washed black fungus into a pot of clean water, blanch it and remove it.

Add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pot to heat up, add leftover rice, mustard pickles and blanched black fungus, stir fry.
4.
Then, add a little MSG.

Stir-fry and serve.
