For lunch alone, simply make an egg fried rice with some capers and Laoganma tempeh. The hot and sour egg fried rice is particularly appetizing and delicious.

Fried Rice with Capers and Eggs

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Wash the green onions and capers and finely chop them.

3. Heat oil in the pan, put the eggs in the pan, and fry until cooked, broken, and served.

4. In a separate pot, add oil, add green onions and capers and stir fry.

5. Add the rice and stir fry until the rice grains are loose.

6. Put the eggs in the pan and stir-fry evenly.

7. Add Laoganma tempeh and season.

8. Add a little salt, stir-fry and take out.

Tips:

Capers, Laoganma tempeh are salty, just add a little salt, no other seasonings.
