My colleague marinated some beans and gave it to me. I didn’t remember to make it in the refrigerator. I cut a few of them today and made some vegetarian egg fried rice. I always like egg fried rice, probably because of its inclusiveness. Versatile with anyone

Fried Rice with Capers, Mixed Vegetables and Eggs

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Hot oil, fried capers

3. Add mixed vegetables and stir fry

4. Stir-fry and serve

5. Heat oil in the wok, moderate amount of oil, not too much, too much rice tastes very oily, fried rice, try to fry the rice a little bit

6. Knock in two eggs and fry them together

7. Stir-fry until even golden brown

8. Pour the side dishes. If you like a richer taste, you can add sausages and ham sausages. You can use it as you want.

9. Stir-fry evenly. I like to eat well-defined, dry ones. Add salt and chicken to taste. Of course, you can also add light soy sauce. I won’t stop you.

Tips:

It is best to use overnight rice for fried rice.
