Fried Rice with Chicken and Egg

All the necessary ingredients are prepared. I used 2 shiitake mushrooms. Flower mushrooms are the star of the fungus. They taste better. They are bigger than shiitake mushrooms and have nice cracks on the outside. If you don't have it, you can use shiitake mushrooms instead.
