Fried Rice with Chopped Pepper and Double Flower

Prepare the ingredients.

Break the florets and wash the double cauliflower; slice the sausage; beat the eggs and set aside.

Boil water in a pot, blanch the double cauliflower for a while, remove it, let it run in cold water, and drain.

Put the eggs into the frying pan and loosen them for later use.
