Our baby has become addicted to fried rice recently.

Fried Rice with Choy Sum and Egg

1. Prepare all materials.

2. Beat the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt and stir well.

3. Wash the choy sum and cut into small pieces.

4. Pour cold oil in the pan, add the laying hens, stir fry and serve.

5. Then pour the rice bowl into the pot, add a small amount of water to stir and stir.

6. Add the scrambled eggs and continue to stir fry.

7. Add the chopped cabbage and stir fry

8. Stir-fry until choy sum, add a little salt and stir fry

9. Finally, add a little light soy sauce and stir-fry well before serving.

Tips:

If the rice is too dry, add a little water.
