Fried Rice with Corn Beans and Minced Pork
1.
Ingredients: 1 corn, 1 carrot, 100 grams of beans, 100 grams of lean meat, rice, edible oil, and salt.
2.
Peel the corn kernels with a knife. Peel the carrots and cut them into pellets about the same size as the corn. Wash the beans and cut them into cubes.
3.
Clean the lean meat, cut into slices, and then chop into minced meat. You can also use a blender to stir.
4.
Put an appropriate amount of water in the milk pan, add corn, peas, and beans, add an appropriate amount of salt, and cook until 8 is mature. Adding salt can keep the color of the ingredients unchanged.
5.
Heat oil in a wok, add minced meat, stir fry until the minced meat turns white in color, and continue to fry for another minute.
6.
Add the beans, carrots, and corn, stir-fry for 2 minutes on high heat, and fry the aroma.
7.
Add the cooked rice, continue to stir-fry for 2 minutes on medium heat, add appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry evenly, and stir-fry until the rice is dry and distinct, then turn off the heat.
Tips:
Corn, beans, and carrots are blanched in advance to make them easier to cook when they are fried.
