Fried Rice with Dried Bamboo Shoots and Glutinous Rice

Add water, salt, and oil to the glutinous rice and put it in a rice cooker.

Cooked glutinous rice.

Chop pork belly, soak the dried bamboo shoots and cut into small dices.

Cut shiitake mushrooms and cloud ears into small cubes.

Pour the raw oil into the iron pan and heat it up, then pour in the chopped pork belly and fry until the color turns white.

Pour the dried bamboo shoots and stir fry.

Pour in the shiitake mushrooms and stir fry.

Add salt, sugar, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce and stir fry until golden brown.

Add appropriate amount of water, simmer on low heat until the dried bamboo shoots are a little soft, then pour in the cloud ears and stir fry, then continue to simmer until the juice is collected.

Pour in the cooked glutinous rice, stir-fry evenly, drizzle with sesame oil and it will be out of the pan.
