There was some rice and cooked corn left at home the night before, so I was lazy and made a quick breakfast.

Fried Rice with Egg, Carrot and Corn Kernels

1. Beat the eggs in a bowl, chop green onions and carrots, and peel cooked corn

2. Put the pot on fire, add proper amount of peanut oil

3. Pour in the beaten eggs

4. The eggs are scrambled and served.

5. Put oil in the pot

6. Heat oil and pour chopped green onion until fragrant

7. Add carrot shreds

8. Stir fry

9. Add cooked corn kernels and stir fry

10. Pour the rice and stir fry

11. After the rice is fried, add the egg and stir fry

12. Put in the right amount of salt

13. Put it out of the pot and serve it on a plate, ready to enjoy

Tips:

The side dishes can be added as you like
