1. Heat the oil in the pot and fry the shredded pork for later use. Cut the shredded pickles and soak in clear water to remove the salty taste;
2. Heat a little in the pot, add the beaten eggs and stir-fry slightly, then add the rice, pork and pickles and stir-fry evenly;
3. Add Lee Kum Kee steamed fish soy sauce and chopped green onion before cooking.
