Fried Rice with Foie Gras and Egg with Xo Sauce

Wash the cabbage and cut into small cubes

Carrots diced

Cut foie gras into small pieces

Beaten eggs

Put the foie gras in the egg mixture, add some salt and cooking wine and mix well

Tips:
The foie gras is very soft and rotten, so don’t fry it for too long, or it will break, and you can’t see the grass egg I used is smaller
