Fried Rice with Foie Gras and Egg with Xo Sauce

1. Wash the cabbage and cut into small cubes

2. Carrots diced

3. Cut foie gras into small pieces

4. Beaten eggs

5. Put the foie gras in the egg mixture, add some salt and cooking wine and mix well

6. Prepared bowl of leftover rice

7. Pick up the frying pan, add cabbage and diced carrots and stir fry for a while

Tips:
