Fried Rice with Fried Sausage

Cut the fat, beans, and sausage into cubes for later use

Heat the wok with some oil, pour the fat pieces in and fry them into deep fry

Scoop up the excess oil, add minced garlic and saute, add the sausage and stir fry

Pour the rice into it and stir fry, and stir the rice while stirring
