Fried Rice with Golden and Silver Egg

First prepare the side dishes for the fried rice. Dice cucumbers and carrots, and blanch the diced carrots. You can also choose your favorite side dishes, such as peas, corn and other vegetables with nice colors.

Separate the yolk and white of the two eggs;

Pour a small amount of cooking oil into the wok, add egg whites and stir-fry, set aside;

Put leftover rice in a fresh-keeping bag;

Pour in the two egg yolks separated just now;

Grasp the mouth of the fresh-keeping bag tightly with one hand, and pinch with the other hand, so that each grain of rice is covered with liquid egg yolk;

Pour edible oil into the wok, pour the rice mixed with egg yolk, and stir-fry;

Add the scrambled egg whites;

Add the prepared side dishes and stir fry;

Season with salt and white pepper, stir-fry evenly, and you can eat!
Tips:
1. The carrots in the side dishes should be blanched in advance;
2. Put the egg yolk and leftover rice into the fresh-keeping bag, and grasp it evenly, otherwise, the rice grains will be yellow and white when they are fried later, which will not look good;
3. After the leftover rice is mixed with the egg yolk, it is easy to fry, so you don't need to put too much oil when frying the rice.
