Fried Rice with Golden Vegetables

Put leftover rice into the container

Beat in the eggs

Tips:
1. The rice must be evenly coated with egg liquid. If there is more rice, increase the amount of eggs. The rice is broken up with chopsticks, and the pieces are separated;
2. You can also leave out the vegetables, just add some chopped green onions;
3. The rice will stick to the spatula when it is just put in the pot. Don't rush to turn it. Wait for the bottom to solidify and then turn it slightly to let it all solidify.
