Fried Rice with Gourd and Melon Slices

Chop garlic, chop green onion and parsley, an egg, a bowl of rice, and slice gourd melon;

Saute garlic in a wok;
3.
Pour the melon slices and stir fry;
4.
Stir-fry until soft, season with salt and stir-fry evenly;
5.
Pour down the rice and stir-fry together;
6.
Pour in soy sauce and stir fry;
7.
Beat in an egg

Pour out the green onion and chopped coriander and stir-fry together.
