Fried Rice with Green Beans and Preserved Flavor

For the leftover rice overnight, mix well with a small spoonful of corn oil, and break up the rice grains for later use.

Prepare green beans and diced bacon.

Finely chop chives.

Cook the green beans and remove the water before cooking.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, and sauté the chopped green onion in the pot.

Stir-fry the diced bacon.

Put the rice in the pot, add 1 teaspoon of sugar to freshen up, stir fry evenly with appropriate amount of salt.

Stir the cooked green beans in the pan for one minute and turn off the heat.

A fresh and mellow bowl of fried rice.
Tips:
The best rice is leftover rice overnight, so that the rice grains are not easy to stick. In order to make the fried rice grains distinct, stir it with oil in advance and disperse it. If you don't care, you can omit it.
