Fried Rice with Ham

Tear and wash the broccoli.

Cut carrots into small cubes.
4.
Cut the ham and garlic into small pieces.
5.
Boil water in a pot, blanch broccoli and carrots when the water is boiled.

Take two spoons of salad dressing,

Mix evenly with leftover rice.

Pour oil in the wok, stir-fry the minced garlic and stir-fry the ham.

Put the mixed rice upside down and stir fry. Season with salt.

Pour the blanched carrots.

Stir-fry for a while and pour in the blanched broccoli.

Turn it out evenly.
Tips:
1. Blanch the vegetables in advance and put a little oil in the water to keep the color of the vegetables well.
2. The purpose of blanching vegetables is to shorten the time for frying rice. If you use raw sautéing, you need to fry the vegetables half-cooked first, and then mix with the rice.
3. The salad dressing itself contains oil, so you don't need too much oil when frying.
