Fried rice is a delicacy that is always eaten. Constantly changing the side dishes to make fried rice often new. This ham and chicken fried rice has a different taste. Previously, I cooked fried rice with chicken breast. This time I used roast chicken with ham, and added good onions, lettuce, bell peppers, black fungus, and fried them with rice. The fried rice is delicious and nutritious.

Fried Rice with Ham and Chicken

1. Wash onions, lettuce, colored peppers, and black fungus, and prepare ham sausage, roast chicken, and rice.

2. Dice lettuce, bell pepper and black fungus.

3. Dice the ham, roast chicken, and onion.

4. Heat a little oil in the pan and fry the onions in the pan.

5. The onion is fry for a fragrance, and the fungus is fried in the pan.

6. The rice is fried in the pot.

7. Stir-fry colored peppers.

8. Stir-fry with salt and monosodium glutamate.

9. Stir-fry the ham and chicken.

10. Turn off the heat and stir-fry the lettuce.
Stir-fry evenly and serve.

Tips:

1. The combination of seasonal vegetables in fried rice should take into account balanced nutrition and personal preference.
2. Lettuce should be eaten raw, so turn off the heat before putting it in the pot.
