Fried Rice with Ham and Mixed Vegetables

Dice the ham.

After blanching mixed vegetables, remove and drain the water.

Put the mixed vegetables in another oil pan and stir fry a few times.
5.
Add diced ham and stir fry for a while.
6.
Add the rice and stir fry for a while.
7.
Add eggs and stir-fry well.
8.
Season with salted chicken essence and eat.
