Fried Rice with Lamb's Tail, Bamboo and Celery

Ingredients: rice, celery (washed and chopped), lamb tail bamboo shoots (soaked and extracted with salt)

Tear the lamb tail bamboo shoots open and chop on a cutting board, set aside.
