Fried Rice with Lard and Egg

Prepare 4 ground eggs and beat them (to one direction), appropriate amount of green onion, lard (requires good quality), 4 bowls of rice (when cooking, choose rice suitable for fried rice, such as Thai fragrant rice)

Heat the oil in the pan, and melt the lard in the pan. The temperature of the oil must be high.

Wait for the oil temperature to rise and pour the egg liquid (the oil temperature must be high to make the egg soft)

Pour the rice (leave the rice cool, then pour it into the pot after mixing loose), mix well

Sprinkle chopped green onion and mix well

Put in the right amount of salt before starting the pan, start the pan, set the plate, and decorate. The fragrant, fluffy egg fried rice is ready to start.
Tips:
Eggs, lard, rice, heat are all very important! Need experience accumulation!
