Fried Rice with Leek and Pork

Dice the accessories~

Heat olive oil, put the ginger and pork shreds into the pot and stir dry~

Add leeks and spring onions, and of course some soy sauce~
4.
Put in the rice, press it, the grains are distinct, and then add a little salt~
5.
It tastes like sizzling fried rice~
Tips:
The fried rice has to be dried before the grains become distinct. The rice just out of the pot works best, but the leftover rice actually does not work well Y(^_^)Y
