Egg fried rice is ever-changing and not limited to the form. It can be made colorful or a single dish. The ingredients can be added according to your own preferences, and you can add whatever you want.

Fried Rice with Leek Moss and Egg

1. Wash the leek moss and cut into sections

2. Beat eggs, stir-fry, scatter and serve for later use

3. In another pot, pour a little oil and stir fry the leek moss until 7-8 mature

4. Pour leftover rice

5. Stir fry evenly

6. Cooking soy sauce seasoning

7. Pour in the fried eggs

8. Add salt, homemade chicken powder and stir fry evenly

9. Out of the pot and plate

Tips:

Leeks are hot, easy to get angry if you eat too much. Stomach deficiency and heat, indigestion, should not be eaten.
