Fried Rice with Leek Moss and Egg

Wash the leek moss and cut into sections

Beat eggs, stir-fry, scatter and serve for later use

In another pot, pour a little oil and stir fry the leek moss until 7-8 mature

Pour leftover rice

Stir fry evenly

Tips:
Leeks are hot, easy to get angry if you eat too much. Stomach deficiency and heat, indigestion, should not be eaten.
