Fried Rice with Matsutake and Ham and Egg | Beef Wa Matsutake Recipe

Put the freeze-dried Matsutake mushrooms in clean water to wake up for 30 seconds, and set aside.

After washing the rice briefly, cook it into rice and set aside.
