There is only a bowl of cold rice left when I go home at noon, and the rice grains are a bit air-dried. Let's stir-fry mixed vegetable and egg fried rice!

How to Make It

1. The rest of the rice, the rice grains on the top are a bit air-dried; the miscellaneous vegetables are blanched first, and set aside.
2. Beat the eggs and pour into the rice
3. Use a spoon to mix as much as possible, so that each rice grain is coated with egg liquid; add a proper amount of oil to the wok
4. Stir-fry the rice mixed with egg mixture; add blanched miscellaneous vegetables
5. Add some salt to taste, stir fry evenly
Tips:
Because my rice is too hard, I pour the egg liquid into the rice first. If the rice grains are not hard, the egg liquid will be fried separately.
