Fried Rice with Mozzarella Cheese

Wash and slice pork belly, marinate with pepper, light soy sauce, salt and garlic;

Tips:
1. Grab the pork belly in advance with your hands and marinate the meat to make it more delicious;
2. Mozzarella cheese is salty, because pork belly and kimchi are also included when eating, so there is no need to add salt to fry;
3. The raised lines on the right side of the electric grill can help the grilled meat drain off excess fat, making it healthier to eat;
4. Because the bakeware is non-sticky, it only needs a little oil to complete the cooking.
