Fried Rice with Mushroom Sauce

1. Prepare all kinds of ingredients;

2. Put the green beans into the water and blanch; remove and drain;

3. Cut the sausage and shiitake mushrooms into cubes and set aside;

4. Eggs, beat up and set aside;

5. There is also shiitake mushroom sauce, Zhongjing Kitchen, which is like the sauce for large shiitake mushrooms;

6. Heat the pan with a little cooking oil;

7. Pour in the egg liquid, quickly stir and beat with chopsticks;

8. Pour the leftover rice into a bowl; heat the rice and crush it;
