Fried Rice with Mushroom Sauce

Prepare all kinds of ingredients;

Put the green beans into the water and blanch; remove and drain;

Cut the sausage and shiitake mushrooms into cubes and set aside;

Eggs, beat up and set aside;

There is also shiitake mushroom sauce, Zhongjing Kitchen, which is like the sauce for large shiitake mushrooms;

Tips:
1. I used Zhongjing’s original shiitake mushroom sauce, so I added some salt later to make the flavor more intense;
2. If the leftover rice feels hard, you can pour it in a little water and stir fry to make it soft quickly;
