Last weekend, I watched the food show of Tiantianxiang. The last one of soy sauce fried rice made me drool, so I came to try it. Of course, it is far from the chefs, but the taste is okay :)"

Fried Rice with Mushroom Soy Sauce

1. Mince shiitake mushrooms, carrots and cucumbers, beat eggs and set aside.

2. Put oil in the pot, put the prepared shiitake mushrooms and carrots into the pot and stir fry.

3. Pour the rice.

4. Pour the beaten eggs on the rice and stir fry.

5. Pour the dark soy sauce (or soy sauce), pepper noodles, and salt.

6. Finally, add cucumbers.

Tips:

I found that the photos taken on the mobile phone are not very good-looking, I guess everyone has no appetite looking at it, haha. From tomorrow on, I will use my Canon 7D, or I will get hairy when I leave home~~~
