Fried Rice with Mustard and Black Fungus

Ingredients; leftover rice, black fungus (soaked and cleaned), shredded mustard.

Lower the washed black fungus into a pot of clean water, blanch it and remove it.

Pour a little oil in the pot to heat, add the leftover rice, mustard pickles and blanched black fungus, stir fry.
4.
Then, add a little MSG.

Stir-fry and serve.
