Change the way to eat pickled cucumbers... it's delicious!

Fried Rice with Pickled Cucumber and Okra Egg

1. A bowl of overnight rice.

2. Prepare one egg, one small pickled cucumber, and two okra. (Green onions forgot to take pictures)

3. Beat eggs, chop green onions, dice pickles, and cut okra into small pieces.

4. Heat oil, scramble eggs over high heat, fry into pieces, take out and set aside.

5. Boil a little more oil and fry the okra.

6. When the okra is all heated, add the pickled cucumbers and stir-fry evenly.

7. Pour in soy sauce and stir well.

8. Pour in the rice and stir fry evenly. Use a small fire at this time.

9. Pour the eggs and mix well. Salt can be added appropriately.

10. Add chopped green onion and chicken essence and mix well. Turn off the fire.
