Fried Rice with Potato and Egg

Rub potatoes into silk, soak them in water for a few minutes to remove starch, put an appropriate amount of salad oil in the pot, add the potato shreds and stir fry.

Cut the sausage into small cubes, put it in the pot, and stir-fry evenly.

Add assorted vegetables, stir fry, remove. \n

Add the beaten eggs and fry into small pieces.
5.
Pour the potatoes and vegetables back into the pot, add rice, stir fry evenly, add appropriate amount of salt to taste and then serve. \n
