Ingredients

Fried Rice with Preserved Egg and Cucumber

1. Prepare a preserved egg, three small pieces of marinated bacon, and half a cucumber

2. Cut the bacon into pellets

3. Cut the cucumber into granules

4. Cut preserved eggs into granules

5. Rice is better for every other meal.

6. Slice ginger and garlic for later use.

7. Put the chopped ginger and garlic in a small bowl, add chili pepper, pepper oil, soy sauce,

8. Pour the oil into the pot and heat it up.

9. Pour the ginger garlic into the pot and stir fry

10. Pour preserved eggs, cucumber, and bacon particles into the pot and stir fry.

11. Then pour in the rice and stir fry for a few minutes.

12. Just put the fried rice into the plate.

Tips:

Remember not to put too salty.
