Fried Rice with Rays

After the dried rays are cleaned, steam them in water for 30 minutes and tear them into filaments.

Prepare a bowl of cold rice overnight.
3.
Cut the bacon into fine pieces, blanch the fresh peas and drain.
4.
Heat up a pan with cold oil, sauté the bacon pellets over a low heat to create a flavor.
5.
Add cold rice and peas, stir fry and heat.
6.
Add the ray stalks and stir fry evenly, add salt to taste.
