Fried Rice with Salmon Egg
1.
Heat the oil in the pan, pour in the beaten eggs, stir-fry until cooked, serve and set aside
2.
Save the bottom oil, pour in the minced salmon meat with the cooking wine, fry until the color changes, set aside
3.
Leave a little oil in the pan, put the chopped green onion, pour in the rice and stir fry, put the salmon meat, eggs, put salt, and then add the diced peas to fry, fry and serve
Tips:
Salmon does not need to be fried for too long. I am accustomed to using water for salmon with cooking wine, and the water should be drained. The peas are grown by my mother-in-law. I peel them and put them in the refrigerator. When I use them, I put them on the stove and boil them with water.
