For office workers from 9 to 5, the time spent in the kitchen is not too much~~ but it does not affect my enthusiasm for cooking~
A certain morning, a certain evening, before a meal, or in the afternoon, or even at night~~~ can be cooking time~~~~
Sometimes leisurely, sometimes in a hurry, sometimes meat, sometimes vegetarian~~~ Simple and ordinary days will also bring calmness and warmth~~
In the hurried evening, a simple single bowl of fried rice is a common thing~~~
I didn’t use up the barbecue sauce used to marinate the meat last time.
A big pot of rice, no vegetables, no soup, and I ate upright~~~

Ingredients

Fried Rice with Sauce

1. Peel the fresh corn, wash it, and drain the water for later use;

2. Pea well; wash and drain;

3. Mince scallion, ginger and garlic;

4. The leftover rice can be broken up; you can freeze the leftover rice quickly to make the finished product more beautiful; or when you cook the rice, cook it harder;

5. Put the wok on the fire, add some vegetable oil to heat, pour the onion, ginger, garlic and stir fry until fragrant;

6. Pour the peas and stir fry;

7. Pour the corn kernels and stir fry until the peas and corn are 9 minutes old;

8. Pour in rice and continue to stir fry;

9. Add barbecue sauce and stir fry evenly;

10. Add the right amount of salt according to the taste, stir fry evenly, and serve out the pan;

11. Sauce and fried rice are on the table~~

Tips:

1. Peas and corn can be cooked in advance until half-cooked, and then fried;
2. You can freeze the leftover rice quickly to make the fried product more beautiful; or when you cook the rice, cook it harder;
