Fried Rice with Sauerkraut and Minced Pork

Ingredients: pickled cabbage, lean meat, ginger powder, chives, ham, chicken essence, pepper powder, fresh rice, red pepper, white wine

Rinse the sauerkraut with water, chop and squeeze out the water

Minced lean meat

Minced ham and diced chives

Diced red pepper

Stir fry in a hot pan with cold oil and minced pork and ginger powder

Add a little taste-grade fresh and stir fry, add sauerkraut and stir fry evenly

Add a few drops of rice wine to stir-fry the rice

Add a little salt, stir fry the rice evenly, add diced ham

Add chicken essence

Add chives and pepper, stir fry evenly
Tips:
Very little salt, sauerkraut and ham are both salty
The bell peppers used for chili are not spicy, they are just garnish
Add a few drops of white wine to remove the meaty smell and make the rice into grains
