Fried Rice with Scallop and Protein

Prepare the ingredients: 8 scallops, 16 fresh scallops, 6 sea prawns, 2 egg whites, 2 kale cabbage hearts, 1 bowl of white rice, appropriate amount of sunflower seed oil, appropriate amount of salt;

Soak the scallops in water first, steam for 10 minutes in a pot, tear them into silk, save the scallop juice;

Fresh scallops, shrimps, Chinese kale and cabbage are diced and blanched;

Tips:
1. Use low-temperature oil when frying egg whites. If the oil temperature is too high, the egg whites will become rough and lose their smooth taste. This fried rice is to eat its refreshing and tender taste.
2. Scallops and sausages cannot be eaten together: they are rich in amines. Sausages contain nitrites. Eating two kinds of foods at the same time will combine to form nitrosamines, which is harmful to the human body.
