Fried Rice with Seaweed and Egg

Prepare the ingredients, I used red rice.

Wash seaweed, drain and chop.

Fry the eggs in the pan and serve.

Put oil in the pot, stir-fry the scallion and ginger until fragrant, then pour the rice,

Stir well and pour in seaweed.
6.
Stir-fry for a minute and then pour in the broken eggs.
7.
Season with salt.
8.
Stir-fry evenly.
